Challenge 34 - Winter Blues

Morning everyone,

Well it's seems good timing with this challenge, the cold has set in and I know some of you have had snow already! So go and keep warm and stay safe, in the craft room somewhere, and join us in the challenge this month for 'Winter Blues'. All we ask is that you use Indigoblu stamps, and the theme is.. well... mostly blue!

Our random winner from the 'Time Flies' challenge is:

Congratulations Gail. Please contact headhoncho@indigoblu.com to arrange your prize and don't forget to grab your winner's badge from the badges tab above.

The fabulous winner’s prize this month is your choice of IndigoBlu stamps. As always, you have 3 options to choose from:

1:   2 Large stamp plates
or
2:   4 Small stamp plates
or
3:   1 Large and 2 small plates

There’s also the Winner’s Badge, and one for the Top 3, to display proudly on your blog, and the WINNER of the challenge will also be invited to do a GUEST SPOT on a future Challenge Launch post. That’s right, your work will be on the Challenge Blog alongside the Design Team!

Also the Top Three each month (chosen by our lovely DT) will all be invited to do an inspiration piece to be included on the new reminder post that now goes live mid challenge. So, if you’d like a chance to be featured on the IndigoBlu Challenge Blog get those stamps out and get creating!

You’ll find all the information on how to enter the challenge, the rules (don’t worry, there’s not that many) and get to meet the Design Team in the tabs above.

This month’s Top 3 from the 'Time Flies' challenge, as chosen by the DT are...

1.  Claire's Crafty Creations
2.  Strangely Creative
3.  Sunshine Crafter

Well deserved congratulations to you all, and don't forget to grab your Top Three badge from the Badges tab above.

Our well deserved winner from the last challenge 'Time Flies', was Wanda, and she has created these lovely ornaments for us as inspiration for the new challenge.

We were delighted to have Wanda join us as honorary DT this month, and this is what she had to say:

"I was excited to be given the chance to provide a project for inspiration for the new challenge. I decided to combine this project with my wish to decorate the MDF Christmas shapes in shades to match my newly decorated dining room.

I used the following Indigo Blu stamps - Snow Globe, Twinkle Star and Snowflake Lace. I used English Cottage paints in the following colours - Pantry White, Park Lane, Grandma's Teacup, Snow White and Sleeping Beauty. I also used white gesso to prime the shapes. The texture paste, glitter, gems and ribbon are all from my stash. You can't have too much bling at Christmas!"

And to warm your cockles, we have a lot more inspiration from our fabulous Challenge DT:

Please hop across to our team's blog's and leave them some love if you have the time. They would love to hear your comments.

So come and join us, you could win some fab stamps, and a guest spot on the DT for the next challenge! Our top 3 also get to join us for an inspiration post, it's so nice to see your work!

Good luck,
Best Wishes,

The Indigoblu Challenge DT.
