International Design Team Introductions - Day Ten

Today I am delighted to continue to introduce you to another of our new International Design Team the uber talented Autumn.

Hello!  I am Autumn Clark here to share a little bit about myself.  I am married to an amazing man, and my biggest supporter.  We have four children and live in the US.  I have been stamping for over 15 years, but making art throughout my entire life. Creativity is my outlet, passion and purpose. I define my style as grunge meets elegance. Though I love to distress everything, I like to balance my work with a touch of pretty and neat.  I have been blogging at SewPaperPaint for just over a year.  The friendships and inspiration I have found through blogland constantly amaze and bless me.  Sharing techniques is my favorite way to connect.  One of my biggest passions in crafting is using my stamps.  I hope to inspire you with many ways to use your IndigoBlu products, which I know will bring you great joy.  Thank you to IndigoBlu for this once in a lifetime opportunity!

International Design Team Introductions - Day Nine

Today I am delighted to continue to introduce you to another of our new International Design Team the incredable Gio

Hello to everyone, I am Giovanna, GiogioCraft on the web and I’m a crafter and designer from Sardinia, Italy. I started as a scrapbooker 9 years ago, and then I fell in love with MixedMedia: painting, mixing colours, materials and styles. I love to make Altered Art, Stamping, Art Journaling and I like to use alternative/recycled materials in my projects. When I was given a sewing machine, fabric and sewing become a new world to discover.
At the end of 2013 I took the plunge and quit my job as computer programmer to become a professional crafter. Since then I designed stencils and stamps, and I attended a course on Visual Art in Melbourne, Australia, where I had the chance to get to the basics, like drawing, painting and screen-printing. I am currently in several DT teams, and I have some of my artworks published on English and American magazines. I bring to the team my love for this beautiful line of stamps used in unusual ways, especially on upcycled projects.

International Design Team Introductions - Day Eight

Today I am delighted to continue to introduce you to another of our new International Design Team the fabulous Kay

So excited to be invited to be part of the IndigoBlu International DT team, me with so much world wide talent - still can't believe it!
I've been part of the IndigoBlu family for just over two years, loving the whole experience. One highlight was to have my card design chosen as one of the projects in the first IndigoBlu Inspirational Magazine.
I live in Peterborough, a 'stone's throw' from the Hochanda studio, with my husband who is also my business partner, we are both dental technicians. Our children, have nearly flown the nest so I'm gaining more crafting storage! However, the family cats behave as if we are the 'live in' help.
I started paper crafting after picking up a leaflet for a craft shop at my WI meeting, going for a look and getting hooked. As a result of coming runner up in two national card/papercraft competitions in 2015 I have been lucky to be given the opportunity to demonstrate on the TV craft channel, Hochanda, recently.
I enjoy card making and mixed media and especially like making 3D projects. I hold regular craft classes, showing my ladies the fabulous IndigoBlu stamps, flakes, paints and papers they love them too!

International Design Team Introductions - Day Seven

Today I am delighted to continue to introduce you to another of our new International Design Team the fantastic Solange.

Hello, my name is Solange Marques and I live in Curitiba South of Brazil. I’ve loved arts since I was a child; paints and textures are my big passion. I have a big family; my husband (who has helped me in my journey for 31 years now) and during this marvellous trip we had 5 children and 2 grandchildren – they are my principal inspiration.
I majored in arts and architecture but I’ve worked as a jewelry appraiser at the bank for 26 years. I hope anxiously my retirement to devote my full time to scrap.
I’m in love with mixed media and my projects always there are always lots of mediums and techniques. I consider myself a mixed media artist and I love the artsy style. My favorite projects are mixed media layouts, altered art and art journalling.
I am so excited to be part of the IndigoBlu family. I love to use stamps in my work and IndigoBlu stamps are simply amazing.

International Design Team Introductions - Day Six

Today I am delighted to continue to introduce you to another of our new International Design Team the super talented Cec.

I am a retired Director of Finance and live with my wonderful husband of 40 years just outside Toronto, Canada. We have one daughter who is married and has blessed us with two fabulous grandchildren.

I have been crafting for as long as I can remember. In our family it must be a genetic thing because my late Mother was very creative and so are both my Daughter and Granddaughter. I have done counted cross stitch and dried flower arranging in the past and yes, I even did macramé at one time :) I started card making around 2006 but really just dabbled at it until 2009 when my job disappeared and then I had lots of time to play. As time went on I started to make more vintage and shabby chic cards and was hooked. In the past couple years I have added more mixed media to my repertoire.

I don’t go to the gym because in truth I hate to exercise but I do walk a couple of miles every day. I love to read crime mysteries, am a good cook (according to others and my waistline) and like a variety of music styles, especially jazz. I don’t like gardening but do it because I also dislike weeds. I love to travel and still have a few places on my bucket list that I will visit if the exchange rate ever co-operates.

I am looking forward to this wonderful new opportunity.  You can find me at CW Card Creations.

International Design Team Introductions - Day Five

Today I am delighted to continue to introduce you to our new International Design Team and the amazing Jannet.

Hello, my name is Jannet and I am thrilled and somewhat amazed to become part of the talented IndigoBlu Design Team.

I live in London, U.K. and I have been crafting for nearly all of my life. I have many childhood memories involving papers and glue. I was always making something or other!

I enjoy all types of crafting stamping, mixed media, scrapbooking, and a little needlework. I try to recycle items such as boxes, and old books, but my recycle pile can become rather large. So I have to try and stop myself from thinking up ideas for every single box and whatnot I come across !

I especially enjoy making 3D items, such as little scenes. I love nature and I am lucky to live very near to a large forest, which is a constant source of inspiration.

All of my craft work has to be done on a tray which is balanced on my knee. Which is always challenging especially when the brayer starts flying !

I am very much looking forward to creating with the lovely IndigoBlu.

International Design Team Introductions - Day Four

Today I am delighted to continue to introduce you to our new International Design Team the fantastic Emilia.

My name is Emilia van den Heuvel and I’m a Bulgarian girl, living and working out of the Netherlands. I grew up in the beautiful capital of Bulgaria – Sofia and being a city girl is kind of in my blood. My mom filled our house with books and painting and art journals and she thought me to love all things crafty and artsy.
Before I moved to the Netherlands to be with my husband, I was working as a vet and now I’m a part-time vet, a full-time mommy to my amazing munchkins – Theo and Elise and a passionate crafter. In my spare time you will find me behind my crafty table, reading a book or visiting the next magical place with my family.
I started scrapbooking in 2004 after my first child was born. I think it is the perfect way of preserving our memories. Every single one of my pages is telling a story, which will always remind my children who they are and who we were as a family.
If you wish to see more of my creations, please visit my blog: http://few-favourite-things.blogspot.nl/

International Design Team Introduction - Day Two

Today I am delighted to introduce you to the first member of our new International Design Team the fabulous Ksenija.

Hello! My name is Ksenija Rizova, a.k.a. Sweet Kobylkin in Blog Land. I am a Latvian girl living in Moscow, Russia, for the past 12 years. I’ve been artistic since childhood, drawing and painting all the time. But studied Economics and Business in Stockholm, Sweden, and pursued my business career in Consulting and Commercial Banking with multinational companies.
In 2012, I came across some simple card-making tutorials in Internet and fell in love with a new hobby. I’ve tried different styles and techniques until I reached understanding, that Clean and Simple was my natural style despite the supplies I used. I’ve started actively blogging in 2014 and joined Sovushka Slavia DT, one of the leading teams in the Russian writing blogosphere, the same year. Since the beginning of 2015 I took a role of the Lead of Clean and Simple DT at Sovushka Slavia. I see my mission in channeling the knowledge about the card-making from the international community to the Russian blogosphere and introducing new techniques and materials through my blog and teaching offline card-making classes in Moscow.
I am very excited to join IndigoBlu Design Team with truly talented artists from all over the world. I really look forward to being IndigoBlu envoy in Russia and other Former USSR countries for the coming year and presenting amazing new stamps and mediums to the Russian speaking blogosphere .

International Design Team Introduction - Day One

Hello and welcome to Day One of the introductions to the new International Design Team.

Hi my name is Elizabeth Robinson and I'm very happy and proud to be the new IndigoBlu International Design Team Lead this year.

I have been a crafter all my life with a background in printing and textile design. I began selling my artwork 35 years ago to the people in the office where I worked, and the rest as they say is history. I still use the same Rotring pen set and the same drawing board, which was made especially for me when I was 15. I love stamping, mixed media, creating layouts and also working with textiles. There's not a day goes by without me making something, I am a crafting addict!

I live at the seaside in beautiful North Wales where I love long walks along the fabulous beaches we have, cooking and spending time with my gorgeous rescue dogs.

I have been a huge fan of IndigoBlu's products right from the start, and I have to confess I was one of the first customers, so this is a dream job for me. Some of you may have met me out on demo's and I was very lucky to also be an International Design Team member last year.

I was so excited when Kay invited me to do this job, and I've been on cloud9 ever since. Don't worry Jenny isn't going far, all will be revealed as the next few day's unfold.

I can't wait to introduce the amazing team we have lined up for this year, and sharing their amazing artwork with you.
